Austin Planetarium Founders Circle

In order to build a facility, you need a foundation to build something on to. The same holds true for our organization even before we start building. Without a facility that generates revenue, we need to support staff, fund studies, print materials, etc.

These things are made possible by the generous donors on the "Founders Circle". The angel donors on this level donate $5,000 and up, and are truly the first level of donors we are using as a foundation to build the facility.

Next to knowing that your donation truly helps us build a facility, Founders Circle Members will have a dedicated wall once the facility is build. The animation shows a conceptual design, of stars in the donor wall, with different types of gemstones inlaid. By having light playing on the gem, we end up with a spectacular donor wall with stars twinkling with all the colors of the rainbow. Inscriptions and sizes of the stars are dependent on the total amount donated.

Currently, the planned location of this Founders Circle wall is the public Atrium of the facility, which will be accessible by the general public free of charge.
