The Austin Planetarium is raffling off a zero-G flight from Space Adventures. The winner receives a flight from Austin to the location of
the zero-G flight (or an equivalent in cash if the winner is not located in Austin, TX), 2 nights in a hotel and of course the zero-G flight with
Richard Garriott. The winner does not need to be present to win, after the drawing we will simply contact you.
Flight Day Itinerary:
8:00 AM : Flight Check-In & Light Breakfast
8:30 AM : Mission Briefing with Presentation
9:30 AM : Meet your Team Coach
10:00 AM : Transportation to the airport
10:30 AM : TSA Screening and Boarding
11:00 AM : Weightless Flight aboard G-FORCE ONE
1:00 PM : Re-Gravitation Party, Awards Presentation & Refreshments
2:00 PM : Transportation back to Hotel
You can buy raffle tickets at one of our events like the Pecan Street Festival on May 2-3, or simply by using the form below. Your purchase is considered
a donation to the Austin Planetarium and is fully tax deductible. The drawing of the raffle will be on May 8, 2009 at the Bob Bullock State History
museum at the opening of the new Star Trek movie.
Zero-G raffle tickets are no longer available online
The only place these tickets can still be purchased
is at the Bob Bullock State History Museum, until
8:30 pm, Friday May 8.

Raffle Rules
-Participants must be at least 18 years fo age
-You do not need to be present to win. The winner will be contacted after the drawing
-Participants do not need to live in Austin TX. If the Austin, TX Bergstrom airport is not the closest airport, the winner
will receive the cash equivalent of a ticket from Austin, TX toward the purchase of their plane ticket.
-Employees and volunteers (as well as their direct families) of the Austin Planetarium are excluded from the zero-G raffle
-Although the Austin Planetarium is making this flight available to the winner, all rules and regulations
of Space Adventures must and will be followed. More details can be found at their website
-The Austin Planetarium and its employees, officers, directors, and representatives and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors are
not responsible for and shall not be liable for:(i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) failed, returned, or misdirected
notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner; or (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions,
failures, or difficulties resulting from participation in this Raffle of otherwise; (iv) errors in transmission; (v) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Austin Planetarium
that may cause the Raffle to be disrupted or corrupted; (vi) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from
participation in the Raffle; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Raffle.
-Participants agree that their email address will be entered onto our mailing list. Email addresses will remain confidential and will not be sold or shared with third parties
